Live Life

Life Is Short. So?

We have all heard the expression “Life is short”. Well it’s true, life is indeed short!

None of us know what will happen tomorrow, let alone 5 or 10 years from now. Life is to be enjoyed and no matter what situations you may have going on in your life, life itself is not bad and needs to be cherished.

Live as if your were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever – Gandhi.

When faced with adverse, unpleasant, and seemingly hopeless situations, try and separate them from your life. Those situations are not you and you are not them. If you can do this one simple thing, you will look at your life in a dramatically different, positive way.

Don’t Miss Out

When it comes down to it, you will eventually come to the realization that you can do and achieve most things in your life with little or no money. Most people think that they need money first and then they can do the things that they want to do. But, in the mean time, time marches on and the money may or may never come. This is how people “miss out in life”.

The tragedy of life is not that it ends so soon, but that we wait so long to begin it – Anonymous

What can you do so that you don’t miss out? Well, the first thing is to make sure that you are very clear in your mind what it is that your want. Be clear on your personal vision and your personal goals. Break down you goals into baby steps. Again, you’ll be surprised how little money is needed once things are broken down.

Now, let’s revisit the first discipline of freedom in life… “Make Money”. Money will allow you freedom of choice – this should not be a question or debatable in your mind at this point. However, having money, which will allow you the ability to choose, does not mean that you become lazy or unfocused! You have to be a good steward of money.

Living life with having the ability to choose is a privilege and must be duly respected. Your must keep your vision and goals in front of you at all times. Maintaining balance in your life is of utmost importance.
